Our Team
Ciska Vogelzang is an executive coach, career coach and trainer who assists people making positive changes to their personal and professional lives.
Ciska has a background in counselling and holds a Master in Organisational Psychology. She utilises positive psychology and cognitive behavioural techniques to assist individuals and organisations to become successful.
She is a subscriber to the Career Development Association of New Zealand and a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
Ciska believes best outcomes of any intervention are based on collaboration between herself and organisations, individuals or teams concerned.
Neil Tyson specialises in turning complex ideas into clear and concise communication. From a solid understanding of mathematics and science, Neil has focused on developing effective and innovative ways to present ideas and information.
He holds a bachelors degree in biology, a graduate diploma in communications and public relations, a diploma in journalism plus a masters of communications studies (Honours) from the University of Amsterdam.
Neil believes effective organisational communication aligns itself with the needs and desires of the target audience.
